We stand behind Outlix. If our AI sales platform isn’t the right fit for your team, we’ll refund your first subscription payment—no questions asked—within 30 days of purchase.

1. Our Commitment

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. This gives you ample time to evaluate Outlix risk-free and decide if it's the right fit for your sales workflow.

Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles all refund processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Paddle's secure payment system.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

You are a first-time customer (this is your first subscription purchase with Outlix)
You request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment date
You purchased a Starter, Growth, or Pro plan (monthly or annual billing)
Your account is in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service)

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

Once approved, Paddle will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

4. Refund Processing Time

After your refund is approved:

5-10 business days to appear on your statement (depends on your bank)

PayPal

3-5 business days to your PayPal account

Bank Transfers / Wire

7-14 business days depending on your bank and country

5. What's Refundable

First Subscription Payment

Full refund of your first month (Starter, Growth, Pro) if requested within 30 days

Annual Plans

Full refund of annual payment if requested within 30 days of initial purchase

6. What's NOT Refundable

Add-On Credit Purchases

One-time purchases of additional credits (extra LLM calls, email sends, lead search credits) are non-refundable once purchased

Usage Overages

Charges for exceeding plan limits (extra API calls, storage) are non-refundable

Renewal Payments (2nd Month Onwards)

Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges.

After 30 Days

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible, regardless of usage

Partial Month Usage

We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle (except for annual plans within the 30-day window)

Accounts Terminated for Violations

No refunds for accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations (spam, fraud, abuse)

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

It's important to understand the difference:

Cancellation

  • • Stop future billing
  • • Keep access until end of paid period
  • • No refund for current period
  • • Can be done anytime from settings
  • • Data export available for 30 days

Refund

  • • Returns your payment
  • • Immediate account termination
  • • Only within 30 days of first payment
  • • Requires email request to support
  • • Processed by Paddle (5-10 days)

Tip: If you're past the 30-day window and want to stop using Outlix, simply cancel your subscription from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

8. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual subscriptions follow the same 30-day money-back guarantee:

  • Within 30 days: Full refund of the annual payment
  • After 30 days: No refund available. You can cancel to prevent renewal next year, but no prorated refund for remaining months.

Annual plans offer significant savings compared to monthly billing. The 30-day guarantee gives you a full month to evaluate before committing to the full year.

9. Special Cases

9.1 Accidental Double Charges

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, we will immediately refund the duplicate charge. This is not subject to the 30-day limitation.

9.2 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, contact our support team at support@outlix.io immediately. We may offer:

  • Extended evaluation period while we resolve the issue
  • Billing credit for significant downtime
  • Refund consideration on a case-by-case basis (even after 30 days)

9.3 Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue Outlix, we will provide at least 90 days notice and offer prorated refunds for unused time on annual plans.

10. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Paddle is our payment processor and Merchant of Record. This means:

  • Paddle handles all payment processing, billing, and invoicing
  • Paddle processes all refunds to your original payment method
  • Paddle manages sales tax and VAT compliance
  • "Paddle.com" or "Paddle" will appear on your credit card statement
